The Venue Packages Contract


We are pleased to announce
that we now offer a "Venue Hire Only" option.

R95.00 per person (2011)
R110.00 per person (2012)
• Minimum of 200 people on Saturdays & Public Holidays

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? 

  • We are in the fortunate position of offering our clients the option of doing their own catering
  • We undertake to maintain a Superior Venue for Your Functions
  • We offer Exclusivity for Your Special Day
  • We will still maintain our professionalism in offering the services of a Functions Co-ordinator and Duty Manager
We are still able to assist with Décor, Catering & Staffing of the function should these services be required.
  • Functions/Wedding Co-Ordinator
  • Duty Manager for duration of Function
  • Round Tables, Full Length White Linen Cloths
  • White plastic Chairs with White Stretch Chair Covers
  • Beautiful Gardens for photographic opportunities
  • Secure parking facilities
  • Exclusivity of Venue for the Day of your Function
  • Prepping Room for caterers inclusive of fridge and plug points, excludes any cooking equipment

  • Menu
  • Kitchen
  • Waiter Service
  • Cutlery, Crockery & Glassware

  • Cream Gazebo - undraped
  • 110 Chairs with White Chair covers

How we go about securing your special day ...

At Grand Manor Gardens every effort is made to make your day completely comfortable, stress free and HAPPY ...

  • In order to achieve this we would ask that any special requests you may have, be bought to our attention as early in the planning process as possible.
  • We will assist in the co-ordination with your florist, drapers, lighting, DJ etc. The Venue will be available from 8am onwards on the day of your Wedding to enable everything to be in place by the time you arrive …
  • A room will be available from 8am onwards on the day, for brides to get dressed and ready. Breakfast, Teas or Light meals can be provided for the Bridal party by prior arrangement (confirmation 48hrs beforehand). There will be a charge involved for the above.
  • Discounts are available on accommodation for wedding guests.
  • A deposit of R5000.00 is required to confirm your specific date. Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, which is required within 14 days of making the provisional booking. If the deposit is not received the booking will automatically expire after the 14 day period.
  • This deposit will be refunded if written confirmation is received 6 months before the booked date.
